I have a - mortgage with - and a Home Equity Loan with Citibank. - is in the process of refinancing my mortgage ( on a Cash Out basis ) and was informed by Citibank that Citibank changed its policy in - 2015 and will no longer process subordination requests for cash out mortgage re-financing. This is surprising as it changes the terms of my Home Equity Loan unilaterally on Citibank 's part. Citibank was adamant that they can do as they please and they refused to accommodate any request for flexibility.
