My former home is in the foreclosure process. The property has - liens against it - the - with - and the - with USAA. I am trying to complete a deed in lieu with -, but I ca n't until the lien with USAA is settled and released. In my negotiations with USAA, USAA is being slow and/or unresponsive. It is taking them - days to respond to my offers, increasing the likelihood that - will do a judicial foreclosure and USAA will end up with a lower settlement.
