PNC Bank N.A. Bank account or service department,

Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Illinois

My bank has charged within the last month over $1000.00 in fees. When I look at my statement, a lot of the fees are caused by re-arranging how they process items when they post and on for pending items ( some of which never even posted ). I have contacted several times to no avail and even have spoken to their executive team.
