VA mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account Texas

SunTrust mortgage had given me a negative credit report. They have contacted the credit bureau 's and reported late payments that are not true. Most of the report states unknown on receiving payment on time. I have complained to them that my payment is due on -/-/-, but not late until -/-/-. This is a VA loan and this is how it reads on paper. They still continue to call me to inform me my payment is late and it is not -/-/- yet.
