Credit card False statements or representation indicated committed crime not paying
Bank of America Debt collection department,
Credit card False statements or representation Indicated committed crime not paying Illinois
- has a complaint against it. This is to re-apply a complaint against - in case I have failed to do it properly the first time around ( mentioning all the parties to the matter in the original letter instead of just - ). Negative reporting of not paying a debt which I paid to the wrong - - - account on their - - - - ( debt buyer credit account ) that belonged to another credit account supposedly that was a debt buyer as well, known as Amex Standard formerly - - -. The consumer should have been informed it did n't belong in the paid up account known as the - - - -, former grantor - - -, and sent back to her timely. Instead it was wrongly transferred to Amex Standard after the cut-off date and I was found to have not paid the credit account. After several credits, the debt reappeared in the automatic system as owed with fines and late payments. When I could no longer figure out what I owed, I stopped paying any debt. I phoned, Emailed, and wrote complaints to no avail. The debt buyer never tried to honor consumer rights. It has no signed agreement from me, and no documents either.
