I filed a complaint against this company on -/-/2016 regarding a forbearance request. I received a letter stating I would hear from them again in 60 days. I continued to make partial payments, all that I could afford, on my account and was told by customer service this would be enough to keep them from reporting me as delinquent on my credit. I called them today and they denied the existence of my request, and had already reported my credit as delinquent.
