This is a follow up to a previous complaint against Ally Bank. I had taken out a car loan on a - Cadillac Escalade through GMAC, at some pint to loan was assumed by Ally Bank. The loan was paid in full and I received clear title from GMAC. Ally claimed that I still owed them over $4000.00 and made negative reports to the credit bureaus. After my last complaint, they sent me a letter stating they would remove all negative reports ( see attached letter ). They also generated a - stating I need to claim the " write-off '' on my - taxes. I do not. They are still showing on my credit as " derogatory ''.
