Per my credit report, it has been report my GM Financial auto loan # - was charged off for bankruptcy. However, I never filed bankruptcy and have continued to make regular payments. My loan is not scheduled to mature in 2018. In reality, I have been paying more than my scheduled payments and have a balance of $1700.00.
