Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low District of Columbia
In the past - months, I had signed up for a CITIGOLD Checking account through a promotion where I was to receive - Thank You points from CITI by -/-/-. This promotion was under promotion code : -. The promotion required me to meet some basic requirements, which I clearly did and this was confirmed on multiple occasions by CITI Gold phone representatives. The promotion was confirmed on multiple occasions over the phone. In addition, my wife - - also applied for the same Gold checking account and the same promotion. She has received her points. In addition, I was clearly told that this account had - monthly fees. I was told there was no minimum balance requirements etc ... no monthly fees at all. Now Citibank is telling me I did not sign up for the promotion and I just noted that they have charged me $30.00 for the last three months, totaling $90.00!!! This is fraud and is not correct. I have been a Long time CITIBANK customer and this is flat out wrong. This needs immediate correcting.
