Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Illinois

Hello, I have been with Chase bank for approximately 45 years. Chase bank has charged overdraft fees which the deposits in my account ( ... ... - ) was held/pending. There was a recording that noted deposits may be held 1 business day due to the - Holiday. Upon calling over the weekend, I was told my account will not be charged, this is a recording line. Documentation notes that Chase received $300.00 ACH deposit on - -, but they noted it on - -, - so I can be charged $34.00. It was also done again with $1400.00 ACH deposit and charged another fee of $34.00. Somehow they are finding a way to obtain funds from consumers but credits should be before debits. The ACH department comes in late and leave early.
