Discover continues to withdraw funds from my personal checking account, making payments on a Discover account that I 've reported multiple transactions as fraudulent. In - -, I had a credit of at least $20.00 on this Discover Card account. A - woman that still lives with me is a predatory individual and professes to love me - I 'm - - - - I 've been told this is a " sweetheart scam ''. This individual made all the purchases after - on this account without my consent. I did not make these transactions with this Discover card. I 'm attaching the - Police Department 's reports. I first reported this financial elder abuse to the - Police Department on - -, - and subsequently - -, -. I 've reported the theft to Discover as well but the representative badgered me over the phone for my new - personal checking account information so minimum payments would continue to be paid. I closed my original - account when I learned of the fraud. I am currently going through the court system to remove the woman from my home.
