Dear -, Attached with this complaint is a copy of the email that I received from paypal stating they have my unclaimed funds. I ca n't access my paypal account because my phone number has changed so I am unable to receive the passcode on my new phone. I have contacted paypal several times and explained my problem but they are not helping me nor they are releasing my funds. I am contacting you to help me retrieve my funds from paypal. Please advise paypal to send me a check of my funds to the address below. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.
