Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Maryland
I am being harassed by ERC collections over my son 's credit card debt with phone calls and dunning letters. We have the same name but I have nothing to do with the debt. I have told them this on the phone but the relentlessly harass me with more calls and letters. I am - years old and not well anymore. Help!
