An auto-payment I had cancelled was mistakenly processed on -/-/-, which is responsible for putting my checking account into overdraft. I am not responsible for this payment being processed, and should not be responsible for ( 3 ) $36.00 overdraft fees totaling $100.00 that PNC has withdrawn from my account. Again, I suspect they are processing my transactions in such a way as to maximize fees ( profits ), had the larger payment been processed after the smaller payments there would be only ( - ) fee. Branch manager will do nothing. PNC has charged me multiple hundreds in overdraft fees just this year. How long will the crimes continue unchecked? I demand these fees be REVERSED IMMEDIATELY and refuse to fork over $100.00 to the bank for a mistake I did n't make.
