Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
I asked wellsfargo to cancel a credit card and pay it in full, they did not process a transaction for paying in full, they only withdrew the minimum. I also asked that they send me paper statements because I have had so much difficulty with the website. They assured me all of my accounts had been transferred to paper. I did not receive any statements in the mail and they continued to charge me interest and fees on an account that should have been closed.
