I had an online bill payment scheduled - for -, over the weekend I spent my money scheduled out as PNC banking showed it as available, however - they still sent that payment causing overdraft of my account. I online chatted with them and sent them a message requesting they fix this problem and issue a refund, however they declined to do either.
