I received a loan threw -. When it was time i made payments on time as the agreement. Cashnet then attempted to make unauthorized debits from my account. I was notified by my bank, who closed the account and began an investigation, While in the process CASHnet again made an attempt to debit funds. This made the account go into a negative balance as my available funds had already been moved to a different account. I am now getting harassing calls from a third party debt collector threatening to sue me and garnish my wages. They called my work phone number on numerous occasions. I spoke to a supervisor by the name of - - who was the person threatening me. I tried to explain to her the circumstances involving the account but she was uninterested. She was very rude.
