Enova International, Inc. Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount May 23, 2016 - I received a loan threw -. When it was time i made payments on time as the agreement. Cashnet then attempted to make unauthorized debits from my account. I was notified by my bank, who closed the account and began an investigation, While in the process CASHnet again made an attempt to debit funds. This made the account go into a negative balance as my available funds had already been moved to a different account. I am now getting harassing calls from a third party debt collector threatening to sue me and garnish my wages. They called my work phone number on numerous occasions. I spoke to a ... |
