On - - I made an online payment with Homebridge Loan Servicing Inc. and received immediate confirmation of such. This payment was not debited from my account and they subsequently transferred my loan to another servicing company. I have written and called on numerous occasions and no one has even investigated the matter, much less resolved it. This company is poorly run and has had numerous problems in the past with its web-site and with debiting mortgage payments appropriately, even to the point recently where they improperly debited numerous accounts and had to provide refunds. - - --
