Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer having problems with customer service

U.S. Bancorp Student loan department,

Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Having problems with customer service Ohio

To Whom It May Concern, I filed a - Complaint after having trouble with obtaining some information about private student loans listed on my credit report dating back to -/-/-. I requested copies of the original promissory notes and full payment history for all accounts involved. I received applications and no payment history. In my complaint, I mentioned there are duplicates listed on my credit report. Where - claims there are - loans, there are -- listed. She stated maybe - - ( the loan servicer ) listed them also, but they are under no obligation to remove them. I also mentioned that due to the age of the alleged loans, they would have been removed ages ago due the 7 year requirement. My last date attended for Ohio State was in -/-/- and any student loan I had, went into repayment in -/-/2006. Since no payments were made ( to any of my loans ) they would have all been defaulted by - after 270 days of non-payment. These loans were taken out ( starting in -/-/- ) - years ago it is unethical to have it knowingly duplicated ... AND listed as a current debt. Please research into this as I am securing an attorney to help with the intentional and blatant violation of the laws.
