Vehicle loan Managing the loan or lease Florida
I was in - and was in the market to get a vehicle. JD Byrider/CNAC sold me a Scion -B I fully disclosed that I live in - and would like to have it title there. They told me that they could not get me a - title but I can get it transferred once in -. I agree to the transfer the title. In - title are electric I went to the DMV before the - tags expired I was told that I could not transfer because CNAC was not a registered lien holder with -. Over a month of calls, I have also told them this issue need fixed no later then 2 months if not fixed the car would no longer be licensed. I was told that everything was fine again the DMV to find out they did not put a address for there business so the DMV still Could not title the vehicle. Called CNAC they called us a liar and informed them that this need fixed in 2 week. I drove the vehicle to JD Byrider in - they could not take the vehicle because they are the same company but different branches and could not take the car. Called CNAC to inform then that I will no longer pay for a vehicle that ca n't be titled and that they can come and get it. Vehicle is still in my yard, CNAC breached contract and due to not having a vehicle as agreed I had to stop payment. Now they are falsely report to the credit reporting companies, I would make payment if I had a vehicle that they was not stopping me from driving
