When I made the first payment, I paid the regular monthly payment and in the line clearly marked additional principal, I wrote in $75.00 to be taken off the principal. When I received the next months bill, they had taken that $75.00 payment intended for the principal off the next payment. When I called them, several times, they said it was taken off the principal which was clearly a lie. They record the conversation on their end, but refuse to talk to me when I told them I am recording the conversation for my protection
