Suddenly, got a call from RoundPoint ( in -/-/- ) that we had missed two loan payments ( -/-/- & -/-/- ), but our loan had been sold -/-/- to -, not RoundPoint. When we called -, we were told that " for some reason '' a welcome letter had not been sent, so we asked for it. Also, to-date, - is unresponsive, about why they did n't pre-tell us that this change was to occur ( and who they sold it to, so we could make the necessary auto-pay changes )
