- is blantantly lying that they did not receive appeal letter. I am enclosing copies of email I sent to SPOC on -/-/16 regarding I am appealing this and to send me any forms needed. Since he never responded I sent my letter which was not expressing I want to appeal. IT STATED I WAS APPEALING and the reasons why. BSI is trying to play a game and this is infuriating with their lies. - - - - received a Cashiers Check for - so their telling me I owe - from them is a lie as well. They released lien when paid in full!! I will send copy of cashiers check as well
