On multiple occasions I have asked the cooperation of different institutions of customer protection against the actions of Chase JP Morgan which is the creditor of my mortgage : loan number -. Since there was a transition from the first mortgage provider to Chase, we present inconvenience with this institution until it ended with the intention of foreclosure and almost sale of property by Chase Bank Morgan without my knowledge. So I had to file a bankruptcy chapter - to prevent the sale of my property which had been paying according to the agreed terms with sacrifice. I have always expressed concern, and I have requested a review of my payment history since they do not coincide with my bills and documents in my hands.


me the following points : 1 ) Why the Escrow was short by more than $6000.00 ( - - dollars ) if my annual payment for home insurance was less than $700.00 per year and the payment of taxes was less than $1000.00 annual? I annex copies of tax collections. ( 2 ) Where is the payment of more than $ $1400.00 that the Court made to that institution on - -? ( See attachment ) ( 3 ) Until and after approved the modification I made my payments according to the instructions of - - -, responsible for the modification in Chase Bank -. Now I am victim of harassing and increasing of fees for failure to pay when I have more than 2 ( two ) years of not failing in any payment. See appendices for copies of receipts and payments where they say that I have more than two months overdue and are charging me penalties for alleged payment delay. I also included receipts for my automated payments of the past - months ( 4 ) In addition, in these documents ( annexes ) point out that the money that FHA ( $20000.00 ) gave to lower my monthly payments and be more comfortable was added to my balance, although there are other adjustments, by the way, nobody has explained to me, and I ended up with a higher balance than the original loan. For the points before described I want to have a face to face meeting with a Chase officer to look for a solution of this situation. Also, I want a guaranteed to stop harassing me and invent more problems where they do n't exist, that they correct my records as a good payer during these more than - months of paying on time and complete. In addition, that Chase report to all credit bureaus in the country of my good financial condition, responsible for my debts. As well as sending letters to all the companies where I have applied for credit on my behavior in my payment responsibilities, and that everything will be, as I asked before, face to face with an officer to correct and improve the relationship between customer and institution.
