BB&T Financial Consumer Loan Complaint

Vehicle loan Managing the loan or lease

BB&T Financial Consumer Loan department,

Vehicle loan Managing the loan or lease Maryland

This is regarding an auto loan I have with Regional Acceptance Corporation - They have been ripping me off big time. I got the load in - of 2012 for $23000.00 ; I have been paying $550.00 a month for three and a half years ( I do admit missing a few month 's payments - about - in 3+ years ) and they claim I still owe $21000.00. What interest rate have they been charging? They do not abide by what is stated on the first page of the contract under the " Federal TRUTH in Lending Disclosure '' ; instead they have converted the contract from a SIMPLE interest transaction to a COMPOUND interest transaction - there can be no sound legal basis for them to do so. The way they apply the payments I make is not clearly stated in the contract - why are they allowed to do this to their customers? This is robery/stealing!!!
