I have a PayPal account. I funded my account with PayPal My Cash card that I bought from a store. I then used PayPal debit card to make regular purchases. Based on those activities, PayPal freeze my account for no good reason. I 've asked them to refund my balance but they refuse to do so and said they will hold my money for 6 months. Please help and make PayPal refunded my remaining balance. They have no right to keep people money for 6 months.
