Unsolicited issuance of credit card Virginia

I have visited Macys store and bough some items on -/-/2016. I realized that my credit card is expired so i told them that i can not use my credit card, but csr said she can look my account with my ssn and still charge my credit card, i told i dont want my credit pulled but she assured that she is just look into account to confirm my identity.on -/-/2016 i opened my macy 's online account to notice - account on my names. So they opened a second account on -/-/2016 with out my knowledge ( i called macy 's customer service and they confirmed it and are investigating it ). I know my credit history will lowered due to this and i a m planning buy a new home and due this i might loose - over 30 yrs loan period. Not sure how i can legally proceed with macy 's for cheating me.
