I owe Chase Bank roughly $2000.00. I am living on SSI income so I have no way of paying that. I mailed them documents stating I had " won '' money. They said they wo n't accept that as payment. -. I also wrote the postal inspector about these " sweepstakes '' being potential scams and they have done nothing to solve this financial joke. -? Why do these " enforcement '' agencies not do anything to go after scammers? My local police do n't - about mail fraud, but on the show " - - '' they state mail fraud is a felony. an someone get off their - and help me solve this problem with my bank so my credit is not ruined? Police would rather pull me over for my traffic signal not going on than mail fraud I get in the mail stating I am owed all this money.
