I was only 8 days overdue for my payment. I was initialy called at - on Friday, - -, 2016. Woman collector, I informed her I had some unexpected financial issues and I would pay as soon as I could. She ignored my information and she argued with me over harassment laws ; not the subject of the collection. Also on Friday, - -, the Citibank automated service started calling at - ( immediately after human collector call ), -, -, -, all were hang up calls except for - when the automated service left a voicemail message for me to call Citibank immediately. Saturday, - -, 2016, the automated service called and hung up again. That is six ( - ) calls within a - hour period. I know they are all from Citibank as the same phone number and location come up on my caller id.
