On -/-/2016 I received a Debt Validation Notice letter from Quality Loan Service Corporation ( " QLS '' ). On -/-/2016 QLS received my Request For Documents ( " RFD '' ) letter via Certified Mail. In my RFD I requested validation pursuant to the FDCPA. I also requested information and documents pursuant to Arizona 's Administrative Code, -, FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS, AND INSURANCE, Chapter - -, - -, and specifically - Disclosure of Information to Debtor. As of -/-/2016 I have received no response from QLS. Since that time I have searched on the Arizona - website and was unable to locate a current AZ Collection Agency license for QLS.
