Credit monitoring or identity protection account terms and changes

Credit monitoring or identity protection Account terms and changes Florida

E-PERIAN - I am very meticulous on watching my credit accounts and credit score, I seen online $1.00 for a free trial with E-PERIAN for seven days. I paid the amount through my credit card and entered the site and viewed my credit accounts and credit reports with E-PERIAN and all was good! I noticed for a ONE TIME fee of $39.00 I can have access to - and - my accounts and credit scores. This seemed like a pretty good deal figuring to have complete access to all - Credit Reporting Agencies so I viewed all three agencies and all was good! The next day I accessed the E-PERIAN site again and again attempted to access - and the window popped up stating for $39.00 I can view all three agencies? Figuring this was a mistake I called E-PERIAN only to find out that that ONE TIME $39.00 fee is only good for ONE DAY! Nowhere on the window for the charge does it state that the $39.00 fee is for ONE DAY it just simply says for a ONE TIME fee! This is misleading to consumers and E-PERIAN needs to state that the ONE TIME fee is also

Another point of extreme concern that I have found out is the credit scores that E-PERIAN provides to consumers from - and - are erroneous credit scores! I obtained my credit score through E-PERIAN for - and it seemed to be on the high side? I called - and they said the score I obtained through E-PERIAN was about - points higher than what - had on file for me on that same day and they looked back through a month and my score was never as high as what E-PERIAN provided to me? I called E-PERIAN and explained to them the discrepancy from the - credit score they provided to me and she told me that E-PERIAN uses a different scoring model than - uses? So this is the issue, how can E-PERIAN charge additional money for a credit score from - and - and provide it to the consumer and these credit scores are erroneous and do not even come close to the actual scores on file with - and -! And in this case there is nothing on the E-PERIAN website advising the consumer that the scores from - and - may differ from actual scores because of E-PERIAN using a different scoring model! Again this is a big issue for consumers and needs to be resolved with E-PERIAN!
