I am in foreclosure. I was offered a trial modification plan with the first payment due - -, 2016. I had a - and was in the hospital so I was not able to make the first payment on time. I called OCWEN loan servicing and was told that I could submit the payment on - -. On - -, 2016, I submitted both the - -, 2016 and - -, 2016 payment for the trial plan with the signed trial plan. I was then told by OCWEN that this will not work and they still plan on selling my home on - -, 2016.
