Other (i.e. phone, health club, etc.) Disclosure verification of debt Not given enough info to verify debt Arizona

It is my contention that my rights under the FFDCA have been grossly violated for the following reasons : Upon contacting the - - Justice Court with regards to these matters I was informed that a Letter of Settlement had never been issues for case -, which was paid directly to a - at - - by money order. Upon contacting the attorney of record with regards to this, the office refused to send a settlement letter and instructed me to contact the creditor. Upon doing so I was referred to the collection agency who has no record of this. The attorney of record attempted to garnish the co-signers income, a woman of - years at the time who was on a pension and Social Security, in gross violation of the law and a gross ethical violation under Arizona State Law.

Upon contacting the collection agency and trying to make payment arrangement with one - - -, on numerous occasions, this was denied and I was informed he would only accept the full amount for the settlement amount. Upon contacting the collection agency and attempting to pay a [ predetermined collection settlement amount I was informed - of - - had now increased the amount. At this time I was also informed my account had been reported to a secondary agency for renters and a settlements would affect my ability to rent in the future. I was never informed of this. Upon contacting the collection agency with regards to the entire amount and requesting a breakdown, I was refused and rudely informed by - that he had this file for years and he knew the amounts. Inasmuch as my mother is also listed on this account, she had her attorney contact - and he subsequently chastised me for having an attorney contact him and was told to deal with him directly. Upon being told by the - - Justice Court that the second judgement amount had to be paid directly to them, I was informed by - that HE was the one taking all the funds and I was NOT to pay the court.
