They left messages @ my home threatening legal action, & also contacted me via email stating they have evidence that funds were received/deposited & they have - different ways of linking me to fraudulent activity. They also furnished my full SSN # stating they could n't find any previous fraudulent activity. The amount of the loan, and the amount it would cost me to settle to end up w/a $0.00 balance/acc't paid status, only to charge me an extra late fee ( which would be refunded ) within 3 business days. stating it was protocol because I 'd purchased the wrong card t make the payment. The card 's being - DEBIT CARD. Card 's were purchased in the amounts of $ -/ $280.00 respectfully. Apparently, once the monies were secured by them, I 've received no further contact. - - was the name I as given, & I have all emails between us.
