Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low

I used my debit card over the weekend and those charges were deducted from my balance. I checked my account on Tuesday, - - and the charges posted to my account but were also in pending. They charged me - NSF fees for the pending charges which had already been deducted from my account. I tried talking with - different representatives from PNC and they neither one seemed willing to help me check into it or resolve the issue. They told me that I had a refund already from back in - 2015 which was from an error in a fee PNC could not explain except that it was charged in error and they would correct it. This should not count against me. There seems to be something weird going on with how they charge fees. I do not think $140.00 in fees for something they ca n't even explain to me is fair at all.
