I made an - Mortgage payment and it was taken out of my account on - -. Ditech refused to post it to my account and it 's calling and sending letters threatening with debt collection and late fees. I send them bank statement and proof from my bank and even had a three-way call with my bank, and Ditech still refuses to post the payment to my account.
