Santander Consumer USA Holdings Inc Consumer Loan department,
Vehicle loan Managing the loan or lease Ohio
I bought a used car in - from - and financed it through Santander USA. I paid $15000.00 for the car. I admit that I was going through a personal and professional crisis at the time and did not pay enough attention to the deal. When they told me my interest rate was - it did n't make a difference to me, I needed a car immediately in order to get to work. I have now made - payments on that car. The loan is maturing - -, -. The principal is $8600.00 and the estimated payoff is $10000.00. It is a - hole of a loan - having paid them in excess of $27000.00, I have a car that is virtually worthless - and they still want another $10000.00 from me. How can I have this loan adjusted to a realistic state and stop being charged extraordinary fees keeping me in what is in essence a predatory loan?
