Citibank Credit card department,
The store solicited me to open an new HD credit card account. Never received the bill or credit card, and went to the store with purchase receipt and application package demanding for payment. After store associate called the bank, $25.00 was confirmed as minimum payment without financial charge, and paid $25.00 in the store on - -, 2016. However, received the statement - - that stated posted charge of $30.00 late payment, $13.00 for the finance charges. I paid off the rest of balance on my account on - -. Complain : No bill for the payment, charge is not transparent, the benefit interpretations was misleading, solicitation for the opening HD credit card with fake benefit.
