I am a victim of identity theft, my sister, took my cards to - accounts with pnc bank, she knew my pin because she knows I use the same pin for everything se withdrew cash, we look a lot alike and the bank would not credit that back to me, when they looked at film, she changed her - to look like mine. There was - in debits that were made by her that I have disputed and they are not returning everything, and the are putting my accounts in the negative, this is not my fault, I should n't have to pay for what was done to me.I should receive my credits, because I had n't used my card since - because i had them closed.
