In - of 2015 I opened a CitiGold Checking account with Citibank. Despite being told by multiple representatives over the course of approximately six months that I was eligible and had met all the requirements ( and keeping the chat logs from online conversations with Citi representatives ), now Citi is reneging on their word and refusing to give the - - - miles they had agreed to award. I want Citi to simply honor the terms of the agreement and award the miles.
