LexisNexis Credit reporting department,
Incorrect information on credit report Account terms New Jersey
This credit reporting agency attempts to circumvent the entire system of the CFPB. Basically, this agency types up a standard template response in an attempt to quickly close consumer generated complaints. In fact, under original complaint filed with the CFPB ( - ) filed on - -, 2016, this agency stated that they would make the appropriate corrections within the 30 day Fair Credit Reporting Act. Well, it is now almost 60 days, and this disorganized, unethical company has not provided any updates, no communication, nor have they followed the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It is no wonder that most large companies do not depend on any information from this credit repository.
