Discover Credit card department,
i received a telemarketing company call on - 2014 from a merchant that called itself - .when i received no goods or services i called my discover card only to find out they would not help me.i explained to them i was rendered no service they proceeded to tell me i was outside the time frame to dispute.i argued with them that i received nothing, but it did not seem to matter.
