Equifax Credit Reporting Complaint

Equifax Credit reporting department,

Credit monitoring or identity protection Problem cancelling or closing account Georgia

The credit reporting company Equifax will not allow me to place a temporary lift on my credit report freeze. The company 's website says it can not process the request ( " We are currently unable to service your request. Please try again later. " ). I have tried multiple times. The live person customer service phone line says all operators are busy then disconnects the phone call. I have tried this avenue multiple times.
