Missing Funds. Funds that were requested to be transferred were lost by the receiving Bank, Discover Bank. I initiated an online transfer of funds from - - - ( from the Discover Bank website ) to Discover Bank on - -, 2016. On - -, 2016, the Discover Bank online transfer details indicated that the complete date of this transfer was - -. Also on - -, - - - records indicated that the requested amount was withdrawn by Discover Bank. On the weekend of - - or -, I closed the - - Account believing the Discover Bank statement that they received the - - funds. On - -, Discover Bank Online History indicated a reverse ACH deposit from - - Bank. Also, on - -, - a.m., I received an email from - - Bank stating that - - was unable to complete the transfer request from Discover Bank ( " Your withdrawal was n't processed Dear - We were unable to complete the request
According to a conference call among - -, Discover Bank and myself on - -, 2016, - - stated that they rejected the returned funds from Discover Bank and resent the funds to Discover Bank. ( Trace number is - sent on - - Eastern Time, - -. ) Discover Bank can not find the funds and hence they have not deposited them in my bank account. The funds have not been shown to be in both - - - and Discover Bank since - -, 2016. We are imploring this agency to push Discover Bank to retrieve our funds and deposit them since our numerous conference calls beginning on - -, - -, - -, - -, and - - to Discover Bank and - - Bank have not yielded any meaningful results.
