Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer trouble with how payments are handled

AES/PHEAA Student loan department,

Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Trouble with how payments are handled Florida

I had - separate private, student plus loans, through - - -. - loans are current and never carried a missed or late payment status. - loan carrier a $ - balance at 2.5 % AND the other loan a $ - balance at 7.3 %. I saved the money to pay off the 7.3 % Loan. The payment was made with sufficient documentation to direct payment to the correct outstanding balance and credit the correct loan for repayment. The payment was $ - directed to the 7.3 % loan. Instead the payment was redirected to the lower interest rate loan and the over payment only was credited to the higher interest rate loan. I contacted the current loan servicing agent ( AES ) American Education Services and they indicated the correction would be made but with the next loan statement the loan crediting error still exists. I am now writing your organization formally writing the agent AES to demand the loan payment correction be made.
