My wife 's wallet was stolen, so we had to close our old account through us bank. So we closed said account and opened a new one ( mind you this will be our second time dealing with this issue ). I recent refunded a game worth - and it was refunded to my old account, due to them just sending it to a different account is not possible for obvious reasons. -, the company who refunded our money sent the money, we have documents on our side and - side saying they refunded the money to us bank. Now after speaking with us bank, they refuse to give us the money that was sent to our old account, that has my and my wifes name. They already did this with one of my paychecks.
