LexisNexis Credit reporting department,

Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Michigan

I ordered a free clue report online to see what was going with my insurance score and credit report this website on Lexis Nexis indicated they follow all governmental policy and procedures so I ordered it from them. The website asked for all of my personal information along with social security information which I provided for my free report I entered everything in and the site redirected me to my account page to access my report but there was nothing there? I emailed support and the responded with the exact same steps I performed the first time and said my case was resolved??
