- -, - Finance company : Santander Consumer USA Issue : Financed my car for 1 year -/-/- to -/-/-/Car paid off/ Unauthorized withdrawal. - I made another deal for a new car. - was notified on - - not to draw anymore money from my bank account for monthly payments, because the account should be closed right away. They were notified in writing, email, and telephone. - Despite all those notifications they debited my bank account for $340.00, on - -, - and are still keeping that amount hostage, despite the fact that they have been paid in full by the new dealer. They cashed their payoff amount and still refuse to refund my money taken with no authorization. - I have been told that with their predatory lending practices include a form of retaliation for suspending a financing transaction, even when properly and timely advised. - I believe that they should refund my money, and I am appealing to you for assistance.
