Equifax Credit Reporting Complaint

Credit reporting company's investigation inadequate help over the phone

Equifax Credit reporting department,

Credit reporting company's investigation Inadequate help over the phone Michigan

I had a bill with - - in which was paid. I submitted my paperwork showing this judgement was paid and for some reason - or Equifax did not remove this off my credit report and wont allow me to dispute it. I just recently went through the cfpb to help me with - and It was just recently removed off my experian but now I see it popped up on my - and Equifax. Why??? why are these companies giving me such a hard time taking it off my credit report.Once again I contacted - district court in Michigan in which they stated the same thing I had to reach out to - - and Equifax as I did experian to have it removed because - district never put it on my credit report. I reached out to both companies and was told to call the - number for each company why?? they wont give me a reason. Like I explained before in the previous dispute I 'm just trying to buy a home and this public record is really a hurting factor on my credit report. The judgement was satisfied and the courts did n't put it on

Once again I also called - - in which the representative suggested I contact cfpb. All I want is for this public record to come off my account its unfair that this is holding me back from obtaining a financial loan. The courts acknowledged they did n't put this on my credit report so why is it so hard to dispute it. Please I need this off my transunion and my equifax report why would it show up after it was taken off my -? Can you please help me with this situation attached I will submit the information for the satisfied judgment. Regards - - -
